The differences are documented in the hardware ref 2nd edition, the only notable stuff was hardware shadowing for text page 2 and a real powered-up bit that you can read to see if the machine really has just been turned on. They didn't bother to fix the brain dead refresh timing or the DMA bank problem (Apple now uses 65816's which are fast enough to allow the FPI/CYA to spit out the DMA bank on a DMA access without a bus fight).
