The subject line pretty much says it all.  I just bought a used Scholar modem
(thanks Mark!) but only have Scholar Plus docs, and the switch pack settings
don't seem to match.  If someone can send me the info (mail preferably since
this probably isn't an item of general interest) I'd really appreciate it.
