You can reach atari.archive at 141.211.164.8.  They have files for all of
the Atari computers, including the Portfolio.  One bit of software in
particular that you should try to get is PBASIC, a tiny BASIC interpreter
with some nice Portfolio-specific extensions (e.g. menues).
