The later 9122C floppy drives are high density, and can read and write
either DD or HD 3.5" disks. I don't know if HP has any 5.25" HD drives.

Bundled with HP-UX are DOS utilities (dosll, doscp, dosrm ... man -k dos
for more info). We use these on our 300 all the time.
