I have a Micropolis 1355 ESDI drive and need the CMOS drive
type number.

If you know I would also like the CMOS drive type number for 
a Maxtor 4380 (ESDI).

The CMOS disk drive descriptions seem to be more accurate
for MFM drives and less accurate for ESDI drives.

Anyway the physical descriptions are as follows:

               Micropolis   Maxtor
               1355         4380 
               ----------   ---------
Cylinders      1024         1219
Heads          8            15
Sectors/track  36           33
