Perhaps some kind soul out there would be willing and able to help me.  Who
makes a decent voice I/O card for the PC?  I'm looking for something which 
comes with some software, at least support software; applications are optional.

How about it?  Is there such a beast?  Email or post.  Thanks in advance.
