	But if you open an account w/ Fidelity, you can use their Investor's
Express (runs on top of Dow Jones) for a flat $12/month.  No per minute
fees, no access charges.  Also, Dow Jones has a $25/month flat fee for
people who want current and historical quotes but only from 21:00-07:00
(or some such).
