Thanks to all who replied about the printing problems with SuperPaint 2.0 and
especially to Patrick Hoepfner who had the solution.  In case you missed his
posting, the solution is to get SuperPaint 2.0a. I obtained it locally and now
I can print just fine using LaserWriter driver 6.0.1.
The problem with the IIsi seems to be peculiar to my colleague's machine. He
doesn't use SuperPaint and I'm not going to use his machine again, so I'll
forget about it.
