Speed is fine for most purposes, but unimaginably slow for search/replace
when the replace touches lots of stuff that might need to be undone later.
Performance bug in memory management in support of multi-level undo. 
Feplaces that take milliseconds under vi can take minutes under Nisus.
Confirmed in discussion with Paragon support personnel.
