When I got it home, and tried it out, all I got on the screen was vertical black and white bars. I opened up the case to peek around inside of it, and saw some kinda retrofit memory boards on it. One of the boards was an extra memory board that fitted itself over the onboard memory, and the other board was one that fitted itself over the ROM lo. This one had the ROM lo, and another ROM chip on it. Anyways. Can anyone lend me a hand fixing this thing? Id like to not spend money on it, considering its age, etc. But I would like to get it working. I was wondering if anyone has run into a similar problem, and knew how to fix it. Thanx in advance.
