Apple Events support, perhaps? I have been playing around with the Help Balloon feature in System 7 and think it would be great in HC. And easy too, right? Every object dialog has a check box for balloon help (next to auto highlight, etc.) and a button to bring up the editor for the balloon contents. I can't wait!
