The software they are running has been developed using HyperCard 1.2.5. Our original network setup was runnig these hypercard stacks on a DIGICARD Shared Resource Controller, and would allow us to use a single copy of HyperCard from this one network volume without any problems. The problem now encountered is that since changing over to AppleShare, we can only run one copy of the application by any one user at a time. If 2 or more users try to run HyperCard, we get a message saying that the application is busy. If anyone has had any similar problems or solutions, could they please reply by NEWS or E-Mail. Also, we have tried it with HyperCard 2.0v2 with the same results. Many thanks in advance, Bruce Young HyperCard Programmer Dept Of Health Science University College Of Central Queensland ROCKHAMPTON AUSTRALIA
