It is a new service that is a superset of DTS, includes telephone access and covers a lot of things that DTS doesn't support at all. It's designed specifically for the in-house developer that can't qualify for Apple Partner, that needs in-depth technical support and needs it now and can't wait for DTS to get around to answerline applelinks.
