Are there any tricks to using the scrap manager?  I can't
put text to to the clipboard.  Is there something
other than ZeroScrap() that needs to be called?  'cause
ZeroScrap() does not seem to work.  Please send mail, and
soon (I'm on a deadline).

If it helps PutScrap is returning positive return codes
and I'm using THINK C.
