   I've noticed that a few programs on the market alloy you to "tear off" some
of the menus.  Later, I was using a Radius 2-page color monitor, and it allows
you to tear off any menu, in any program.  I REALLY like this function.  Is
there something in System 7.0 that will allow us Apple monitor users to tear
off menus?
