Schechter - ISR group account) Distribution: na Organization: Institute for Sensory Research Lines: 17 I'm running into a curious problem - Occasionally modal dialogs brought up by applications just vanish without any mouse clicking or touching the keyboard... This happens in just about any application, and can happen with dialogs beought up by the app (or DA) or with system defined ones such as GetSFFile. The system is a Mac II running system 6.0.3 or 6.0.4 with Suitcase, AfterDark, MacTCP, NetModem, SCSI, QuickMail, TOPS and CDROM inits. The oddest thing is that after the dialog vanishs, not even the default action takes place. it's as a menu choice never took place! Has anyone ever seen something like this. (occurs under both 6.0.3 and 6.0.4) Mike -- InterNet:Mike_Schechter@isr.syr.edu BITNET: SENSORY@SUNRISE
