I have a new next station, monochrome which ahs the following problem: right of the center of the screen there is a vertical absolutely vertical line, that is not a gray shade. it can be easily seen if the next is run at low intensity(not too low) and if the lights in three room are closed. I have no idea about screens, or how they work. but I have noticed that this line moves as a beam of electrons when i move a window close to them, or if in general something moves on the screen. to be moree specific : suppose a window is to the left of this line and i move it to the right. Then the line starts vibrating and sometimes you can see it being deflected as if a magnet was brought next to a beam of electrons. of course it must be a beam of electrons? but why is it vertical and why is it moving whan something is moving close by. if you leave a window open on the line the line resumes its original vertical position. morever, i must say that the region next to the line(left and right) seems to be a little whiter than usual. i think it is becuase of small vibrations of this bug line. can it be created by something in my room. I don't think so, since it is quite vertical. Any comments will be appreciated. Please post your reply, since I do not have my own account. Thanks.
