I have had similar problems on a disk that the machine thought was 100% full. I brought it up single user (bod -s from monitor) and then deleted something. I deleted the swapfile (which had grown large on the optical due to a problem in not recognizing my swapdisk. Might be worth a shot, but no guarantees. -- Dillahunty, Bruce C.
