Who is supposed to own the /dev/tty* ports? And what group do they
belong to? Here are mine:

crw-r--r--  1 uucp     wheel     11,192 Jan 31 18:03 cua
crw-r--r--  1 uucp     wheel     11,193 Apr 23 17:24 cub
crw-r--r--  1 uucp     wheel     11,224 Jan 31 18:03 cufa

etc, etc...

Is that correct? And what about Kermit? what should its permissions
and ownership look like? I know this is absolutely a FAQ, so please
forgive me...
