Has anyone successfully attached a HPIIID to a Sun?  I am looking for the
/etc/printcap file entries.  I am using the Postscript emulation, either
serial or parallel interface (hasn't decided yet), and the Sun's
Transcript package.

The fields that I am not sure of are the fc, fs, xc, xs, mx, sf, sb ...
fields.  Are they the same for any Postscript printer?  

Any info would be appreciated...
