The trouble is: Sun says ``we won't sell disks > 1G for the SLC''. Why would that be? Is there something about the SLC which makes it incapable of dealing with disks > 1G? That sounds rather prepostorous to me. As long as one is booting off the same SunOS, there should be no such problems. But I'd like to be doubly sure.
