Does anyone know where the etherlib source is hiding on an ftp host
somewhere.  After seeing it somewhere, I have lost the refernce to it, and
now I find that it could come in handy after all.

Also does anyone know of any telnet and ftp source that will keep track of
the amount of traffic generated by individual users, and allow a small
sunset only of accessable hosts for most users, with just a few only being
able to ftp and telnet freely.
