We used the Boca Ram Board to give us 2.5 Mb that can be partitioned into EMS, Extended and can backfill to bring the system Ram up to 640K. We've used them with no difficulties. The Zenith memory board to top off your memory at 640K is expensive and relatively useless. Dan
