There was recently a stream of posting about how to generate the LaTeX logo
under various conditions.  Could anyone send me e-mail about what came of
that?  I'm trying to write a sort of local guide, where the logo appears in
the title, and discovered that the boldface version comes out with a
lower-case (as opposed to small caps) A.  Has anyone designed a cmcscbx
font?  Is there a trick that would work?   (I am using the new font
selection scheme and AMS-LaTeX).
