I am looking for the version of 'dvipage' and 'dvi2ps' which can use pk. Rokicki's dvips is not usable to us because it cannot select pages (we could have used dvi2dvi for selecting pages but for some big files it caused 'memory array exceeded' error). So we have to stick to dvi2ps. Where can I get the most recent version of dvi2ps ? If dvipage uses pk instead of gk (when previewing), will it be slower ? Should we install gk fonts instead of pk because of this matter ? Currently, we use gk fonts. Recently I installed pk fonts and used xdvi, but it seemed to be slower than the dvipage which uses gk fonts (especially when using magnifying glass). Any comments ? Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Woochang Jin Graduate Student, Office - PGH574, PGH592 wjin@cs.uh.edu System Administration.
