I have notice some talk about RCS on the rs6000.  What version of RCS will
run on the rs6000 and where can one obtain this version.  I have been trying
to compile rcs 5.5 from prep.ai.mit.edu on the rs6000 running 3.1.5.  There
seem to be a number of problems in trying to compile this version under aix
3.1.5.
