This was an interest of mine as well, and from what I understand from reading
the documentation (version 2.0), that yes you can.  However, you have to use
a SPECIAL linker, different than the standard LINK, and different from the
Windows LINK4.  You still need the SDK of course,... but the documentation
says it will work.  Whether or not it actually will is another story...
