You should look around the ftp site cica.cica.indiana.edu.  They have a good
selection of icon related applications.  Look in the directory
/pub/pc/win3/util.  There should be a text file there you can down-load and
this will give you a list of what apps do what.  If you need help with
ftp'ing, let me know via e-mail.
