This question must have been asked, before, but I've tried the FAQ
suggestions (the FONTS.ALIAS file that comes with DEC Windows) and
I still have the following problem:

The circumstance is VMS 5.4-2 DECWindows as the client with a
vanilla X11R4 Server (*not* DECWindows) on a 4.1 Ultrix DECStation.
I've already combined the FONTS.ALIAS files from DECWindows and
ran "xset fp rehash".
