Under my previous window manager system (BX - Before X), users were
able to run a client which was able to alter the color maps of another
client.  This color edit program was able to grab the pieces of a window,
like the border, icon, background, etc. and then change the color on the
fly.

The users have asked for this same ability under our new, flashy X
environment.  Is there such a program available?
