The TV program I referred to was, as my wife has pointed out to me,
called "Prime Time Pets" and was, indeed, a CBS production.

Also, *BOTH* the person for whom the saddle horse was trained
*AND* the gentleman who did the training were paraplegics.

Now THAT guy is a GOOD horse trainer, in my opinion.
