Mary,
     I tried to offer my review of reading systems which was published in
Tactic to the AFB Journal of Visual impairments as well.  They were
extremely uninterested, went to great lengths to make me see how
difficult it was to get something in the Journal, and when I told them
about putting it in Tactic as well, they got very hostile and said it
wouldn't be possible then to put it in the Journal because "they didn't
publish the sort of thing that Tactic does."
