NEW DELHI NEGOTIATING FOR WORLD BANK LOAN SERIOUS FISCAL CRISIS, SAYS RBI CHIEF Bombay: India is negotiating $3 to $4 billion in fresh loans from the World Bank and International Monetary Fund to see the country through a serious fiscal crisis, Reserve Bank of India governor S.Venkitaramanan said. "We have not talked to anybody about rescheduling," the central bank governor told Reuters in an interview at the weekend. 2. V.P.SINGH'S NEPHEW JOINS BJP CITES ITS STAND ON AYODHYA New Delhi: Anand Singh, nephew of former Prime Minister V.P.Singh and Congress-I MP, Ram Nagina Misra, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on April 11.
