  I have occasionally noticed that article headers are being
rewritten, ie. the same Message-ID will be both rejected and accepted.
It appears that some news sites are "correcting" errant headers by 1)
removing empty headers and/or 2) headers that are missing the blank
after the `:'.

  Is this is a `feature' of some versions of news systems?  Does
C News rewrite headers?
