I have been unable to find a recipe for the Chinese garlic chicken dish
that I've enjoyed in several restaurants.  All of the books that I've
come across don't even mention the existence of this dish.  Does anyone
know of a recipe for this dish, or perhaps a book which contains this
recipe?  Thanks.
