 Hi,   

    I was wondering if any of one of you has built an      
    an electronic starter for a fluorescent tubelight.
    How good/bad has your experience been in constructing
    such a device. Also if you have any schematics/notes/
    etc. If possible could you please Email them to me.
    Also does anyone of you know what the UL/NEMA standards
    are for such a device.
