Confirmation? As a trainer, yes. My impressions is that such planes really aren't intended for combat. Can someone with the appropriate references tell us the differences between the single and double seat versions of the F-16? Is the rear seat an exact duplicate of the front (as its job as a trainer would suggest) or can it serve as a 'weapons' position similar to the role of the back seat in an F-14?
