Although I don't know of a PC program, the following reference
provides algorithms to convert between Muslim, Julian, Gregorian
and Jewish calendars:

	Calendrical Calculations
	Nachum Dershowitz and Edward M. Reingold
	Software - Practice and Experience, Vol 20(9), 899-928 (Sep 1990)

The authors are with the Department of Computer Science, University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
