>From 23:30 EDT on 4/20/91 until 07:00 EDT on 4/21/91 upgrades will be
performed on the electrical power systems of the University of Michigan
North Campus Computing Center Building. This building houses the NSFNET
routers (NSS 17 and ENSS 131) in Ann Arbor.

This should have the following effects:

NSS 17 will be down for 10 minutes at 23:30 on 4/20/91 and for 10 minutes
at 07:00 4/21/91.

ENSS 131 will be down from 23:30 on 4/20/91 until 07:00 4/21/91.

All Ann Arbor Regionals (MichNet, UMNet and CNRI) will be unreachable
from 23:30 on 4/20/91 until 07:00 4/21/91.

It is likely the work will be completed in less time than the window
allows for, in which case the Ann Arbor Regionals will become reachable
and ENSS 131 will come back into service.
