Hi,
	Would someone please post the source of FILEC and/or CED?
	Filec is used to fill out the rest of the letters of any exsisting
	file with tab.
	Ced is used to repeat the last command or the commands or any other
	thing that is entered at the prompt using up-aerrow key.
