We have software which we use to translate the daily updates at GOS.
We also still have occasional problems here and can not say that the
software is ready for general release.  Translating the entire flat
file database has also proved to be a tougher problem than we
anticipated.  We are continuing to investigate the situation and will
distribute the software when the problems are ironed out.  In the
meantime you can FTP the GenPept updates on a daily basis from
genbank.bio.net instead of trying to process them yourself.
