The file is called xdvi+refl.tar.Z, and is available on export.lcs.mit.edu and in Israel on shum.huji.ac.il at pub/X11. There are absolutely no changes in xdvi, if your TeX does not produce the above mentioned op-codes, and even if it is, there is no change in the way xdvi is invoked. You must excuse me for not putting any documentaion. I have simply forgot to do that.
