I need to do some comparitive database testing, and am looking for
standard benchmark packages.  I am not so much interested in
absolute performance as much as running the same application
against different DBMS packages.  

I've seen TPC benchmark reports before and I think this is what I'm
looking for, but I can't find exact specifications on it.  Could
anybody point to a source for such specs.
