Dear Reader,

I have an urgent need to a software the can handle some project-making 
features, such as :
                  o time scheduling.
                  o task assigning.
                  o activities prioritising.
                  o if it includes CPM or PERT that would be a blessing.

I will be very grateful if some one can post me a software that can do
all (or some) of these project planning features.
