After owning the FAQ for a year, I want to get out of the FAQ
business.  The FAQ really is in need of a major overhaul, since it was
originally written before comp.sys.ibm.pc split into its myriad
subgroups, and I don't want to devote the time to doing it properly.

If anyone wants to take over ownership of the FAQ, let me know and
I'll send you all my RCS files.  (It would be very nice if you'd
also offer to take over the mail server.)

Same goes for the `products' and `old.questions' files.  Anyone who
wants to take them over please let me know.
