PLAY410.ZIP     Sound sample player/editor for PC Speaker

Play is a another package allowing playback of sound samples on a PC
speaker, or via cheap external hardware.  It is an update to PLAY400 and
now works on 386's and PS/2's as well as under DR-DOS.

* Length of samples only limited by amount of free memory
* Graphical interface (VGA&MOUSE needed) allowing editing of samples
* Plays through standard PC speaker or cheap external hardware fitted
  to a parallel port
* Can play/sample from command line
* Freeware - no functions disabled
