Message-ID: <1138@lclark.UUCP> Date: 23 Apr 91 17:56:29 GMT Reply-To: dan@lclark.UUCP (Dan Revel) Distribution: comp Organization: Lewis & Clark College, Portland OR Lines: 12 I've been seeing ads for several ethernet interfaces for laptops that plug into the parallel port. Does anyone have experience with these? What sort of network performance do they provide? Could they be used for desktop PCs as well? (it would save one expansion slot) What about software support? Are there packet drivers for these NICs? Thanks, Dan -- dan@lclark.bitnet SM 0 A9F4 tektronix!reed!lclark!dan G 0
