I recently tried to use a VMS implementation of Zmodem on the ARL Vax. I
dialed the PSU Backbone # and received a 14,400 link. I had no problems
downloading to my PC, but the uploads would not take.

Next, I dialed the Vax direct.  No problem U/L or D/L, but I get a 9600
connection when I call.  Any ideas getting the 14,400 link to work?
