Further I believe that Mark's name as a work of original authorship could be copyrightable by his parents. They thought it up and first published it. But Mark could claim that his name is a trademark which marks the results of his work and so long as he uses it, he has rights over the name. Probably the only thing that Mark owns is HIS TIME.
