I'm trying to print the GNU Emacs manual that is provided in the man 
directory.  The problem I'm having is that the page numbers and headers
appear to be too high on the page, so they get chopped.  In many cases 
they aren't even visible.  Any guesses as to what I'm doing wrong?  I'm
printing to a Postscript printer (I think it's an Apple Laserwriter).
